Live, Video: Find classical music concert, opera, ballet and dance reviews | Philipp M Krenn

Through the Looking-Glass and What Senta Found There: Philipp Stözl’s Flying Dutchman arrives at MusikTheater an der Wien featuring a terrific cast led by Ambur Braid and Jordan Shanahan.

Alpine mountains and streams set the scene for an illuminating production of Wagner's 'play to consecrate a stage'.

The Baden-Baden Easter Festival presents an extraordinary performance of Elektra, with Nina Stemme in the title role and the Berliner Philharmoniker, led by Kirill Petrenko, in a stark and modern production.

The magic in Philipp Stölzl and Philipp Krenn's new production comes from the pit, where Joana Mallwitz and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra captivate.

Die deutschsprachige Erstaufführung von Péter Eötvös’ Werk wird dank hervorragender Sänger, dem bestens disponierten Orchester und einer berührenden Inszenierung zum vollen Erfolg.
