Discovered by Daniel Barenboim at the age of ten, Karim was described by the maestro with the unforgettable words: “What he already knows you cannot learn”. Barenboim later arranged for Karim to study in London and became his mentor. He now performs widely across Europe and the Middle East and has established his own orchestra in Amman. Tonight’s recital is to mark the launch of Karim’s new album.
