Damiano Michieletto’s 2011 staging of Mozart’s Così fan tutte, dubbed the "Camping Così", is one of the most enduring and entertaining productions in NNTT’s repertory. 

As the culmination of Muti's Italian Opera Academy in Tokyo, the maestro conducted a model performance of selected excerpts from Rigoletto in the main hall of Tokyo Bunka Kaikan.

Excellent singing, dramatic sets and jolly music make this a rewarding revival of a long-forgotten opera, Herculanum by David.
