Three works of different character were given strong, largely persuasive readings by this acclaimed Piano Trio, and impressed with their assurance and commitment.

An attractive concert of the unusual repertoire performed by the IMS Prussia Cove – two little known string quintets by Beethoven and Mendelssohnn and a 20th century string quartet by Martinů that is woefully neglected in the concert hall.
