Artistic Director Rosetta Cucchi makes a compelling case for Marco Tutino's impassioned opera on the horrors of war from a woman's perspective. 

A Rossini comedy should sparkle, but this new production, starting its tour from Hackney, is decidedly lacking bubbles.
