Finnish conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali is the Chief Conductor of the Gothenburg Symphony, a position he will maintain until 2025 and, from the 2021/22 season, will also be the Principal Conductor of the Philharmonia Orchestra. At 33-years old he is one of the youngest-ever artists appointed as Principal Conductor of a London orchestra.
