The finale of the Icelandic pianist's five-concert residency in the Bergen Philharmonic's Wintermezzo festival saw him play Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor... this time in the same hall as the orchestra!

The Konzerthaus Berlin devotes a six-day festival to a single composer under a single conductor. 

Jean-Yves Thibaudet was a stylish soloist in Grieg’s Piano Concerto. Guest conductor Jahja Ling also led precise, elegant performances of Stravinsky’s Four Norwegian Moods.
