The celebrated Norwegian string trio Ssens – Sølve Sigerland, Henninge Landaas, and Ellen Margrete Flesjø – give the UK premiere of an important new work by the Danish composer Poul Ruders, following its premiere in Bergen, Norway, in the spring. It is joined by a selection of György Kurtág's aphoristic ‘Signs, Games And Messages’, and the whole programme is balanced by string trio classics by Haydn and Beethoven.
This performance will last approximately 2 hours, including a 20-minute interval.
A small number of tickets in the front two rows are available for £28 online or £31 at the door (£21/£23.25 for LCMS Friends).
Student and young adult tickets are £7 both online and at the door.
