Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider dirige l'Orchestre national de Lyon avec une grande économie de moyens, mais il obtient précisément ce qu’il veut : une interprétation profonde, riche et sensible.

Le pianiste russe marque les esprits dans le célébrissime Concerto n° 2 de Rachmaninov, au côté d'un Orchestre national de Lyon en belle forme sous la direction ferme et puissante de Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider.

Dans le Deuxième Concerto de Prokofiev, le violoniste brille de mille feux. Sous la baguette de son directeur musical, l'Orchestre national de Lyon livre une belle Symphonie « Eroica ».

The American cellist talks about her close collaborations with composers, which this season includes a new cello concerto from Richard Blackford with the Czech Philharmonic, as well as Thomas Larcher and Gabriela Ortiz.

Led by Andris Nelsons, together with the Gewandhaus Orchestra and the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Shostakovich festival presents almost the composer’s entire output, from 15th May to 1st June 2025.
