Lam Pak Ling

A native of Hong Kong, Lam Pak Ling is an Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Music in piano performance and pedagogy since 1994. For over two decades, he has been a piano teacher, freelance journalist and music promoter. His interests in the art of piano playing focus on the styles and piano schools of the 19th-20th centuries. As an avid orchestral music lover, he has played a pivotal role in introducing the music of Gustav Mahler in the Far East by serving as one of the founders of the first Mahler Society in Hong Kong/Greater China.
