Cette adaptation par Ezra Pound de deux pièces de théâtre nô, devient dans les mains de Kaija Saariaho un véritable manifeste d’épure théâtrale et de poésie musicale.

Saariaho, Schostakowitsch, Beach und Sibelius wurden allesamt zu Höhepunkten, die das Meta4-Quartett beim Konzert in Bad Tölz dramaturgisch meisterhaft verbanden.

Mit Meta4 kam ein äußerst interessantes Streichquartett in das Kulturzentrum Marstall in Ahrensburg und beeindruckte mit ganz besonderem Vortrag.
