Jonathan Watkins’ A Single Man is a compelling piece of dance theatre and a magnificent vehicle for the leading characters to shine as dancers and actors.

The versatile vocalist Sophie Dunér and piano-master Jonathan Powell give first-rate performances at the 1901 Arts Club, the centre-piece of which was Stockhausen's Tierkreis.
