Beklemmend, aber auch komisch zeigt Kosky, wie wirkungsvoll Betrug doch ist; Ähnlichkeiten mit lebenden Personen sind dabei nicht beabsichtigt, aber unvermeidlich.

Mit viel Zuspruch belohnte das Publikum der Salzburger Fespiele Thomas Adès, Tom Cairns und alle Musiker für eine stimmige und spannende Uraufführung.
