Dans le Concerto pour clarinette de Mozart, le supersoliste de l'Orchestre National de France propose une interprétation confondante de beauté, qui fait presque oublier le reste du programme.

Après un Concerto pour clarinette de Mozart rendu hyper expressif par le jeu de Martin Fröst, l'Orchestre de Paris et Lahav Shani ont livré une Sixième de Mahler nuancée mais quelque peu ennuyeuse.

Après une lecture un peu univoque du Concerto pour clarinette par Raphaël Sévère, Marie-Ange Nguci se révèle une mozartienne accomplie au côté du bel Orchestre de chambre de Paris.

Sous la direction de Sakari Oramo, l'Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Stockholm propose une Symphonie n° 1 de Mahler bien morne. Compensée heureusement par la clarinette stratosphérique de Martin Fröst dans Mozart.

La salle Poirel se délecte du Concerto pour clarinette de Mozart interprété par Raphaël Sévère. Des œuvres symphoniques de Smetana et Borodine bénéficient de la direction fougueuse d’Alpesh Chauhan.

Pour les clarinettistes, le concerto de Mozart constitue sans hésitation le classique des classiques. D’où la difficulté pour ses interprètes d'y glisser un vent de fraîcheur. Difficulté dont Martin Fröst fait fi : car il est de ces musiciens qui ne se sentent à l’aise que dans un univers sonore minutieusement construit et extrêmement personnel.

Après leurs nombreux passages à Bruges, il n’est plus nécessaire de convaincre les habitués du Concertgebouw Brugge que le Budapest Festival Orchestra et son chef titulaire se sont ces dix dernières années frayé un chemin vers l’excellence internationale. En témoigne encore une fois cette interprétation du Requiem de Mozart.

La venue à la Philharmonie de Paris pour trois concerts de l’Orchestre du Gawandhaus de Leipzig et de son directeur musical, Riccardo Chailly, était un événement très attendu. Comme les deux précédents, ce dernier concert était consacré à Richard Strauss et Mozart. Cette troisième soirée fut tout à fait exceptionnelle.
