Après une palpitante interprétation du concerto de Beethoven et de la Symphonie n° 1 de Mahler, Isabelle Faust, Daniel Harding et l'Orchestre de Paris triomphent à la Philharmonie.

Retour sur la grande finale « concerto » du Concours Long-Thibaud, vendredi et samedi à la Maison de la Radio : six jeunes violonistes aux talents aussi grands que variés ont fait honneur au grand répertoire.

L’orchestre de la Suisse Romande en très grande formation aura offert une vaste gamme de couleurs, dans un musique penchant plus dans la jubilation du grand son que dans la recherche de nuances. Un beau moment tout de même.

La rencontre entre Beethoven et Azagra était permise par l’entremise de Bartok, troisième compositeur convoqué pour cette soirée diffusée sur France Musique.

Beethoven retrouve l’Elysée, Isabelle Faust parmi les âmes apaisées, peu héroïque, suivant un Herreweghe plus subtil qu’inquiétant.

Le Philharmonique de Radio France est décidement en très grande forme en ce moment.
